Chris Turner

Chris Turner has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Chris started their career at EduSystems as the Asia Regional Manager, a role they held from 1994 to 2001. Chris then joined DiamondCluster Intl. in 2003 as a Consultant, where they supervised multiple projects and managed the design and implementation of custom applications for clients. Chris later became a Manager at DiamondCluster Intl. from 2005 to 2007.

In 2007, Chris joined Diamond Management & Technology Consultants as a Principal. Here, they led various client initiatives across industries such as insurance, public sector, transportation, education, and financial services. Their responsibilities included process improvement, customer experience, new product strategy, cost reduction, quality assurance, portfolio management, and program management.

Chris joined the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) in 2011 as the Director of Rio+20. Chris served in this role until 2012, contributing to sustainable development efforts.

From 2010 to 2022, Chris worked at PwC in several leadership positions, including Managing Director of PwC Digital Product Operations, Director of Business Operations Leader and Chief of Staff for PwC Digital, Director of Analytics - Global Apps, Director of Hispanic Americas Advisory Services, and Director of State & Local Government Practice. Their responsibilities included overseeing business operations, managing product management teams, budgeting and finance, recruiting and staffing, compliance and risk, training, and internal communications.

Chris also had a role at Wayfair as the Director - Global Lead - People Experience in 2022, where they focused on developing and evolving the architecture behind Wayfair's People Experience. Chris led core teams responsible for talent operations, talent technology, benefits, mobility, and related programs.

Most recently, Chris joined MBO Partners in 2022 as the Executive Program Director, providing leadership and guidance for program initiatives. Chris is currently engaged as the COO Advisor at Sheetgo, starting in 2023.

Chris Turner completed their education with an MBA degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they attended from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in Economics and Middle East Studies from Cornell University from 1990 to 1994. Chris's educational journey started at Big Foot High School, where they completed their high school education from 1986 to 1990.
