Donald Baltazar is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and operational management with extensive experience in security operations. Currently serving as the Monitoring and Response Teams Manager at SHEIN Technology LLC, Donald oversees the US-based Security Operations Center and Incident Response Teams. Previous roles include leading a team of cybersecurity analysts at San Diego Gas & Electric and working as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at Sempra Energy, where Donald significantly enhanced risk mitigation strategies. Donald's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included planning and executing artillery operations and serving as an Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Officer.
