Roosevelt Ballah

Roosevelt Ballah serves as a Senior Engineer at Sheladia Associates Inc. since April 2016, where responsibilities include managing and mentoring field supervision contractors for road rehabilitation, maintenance works, and construction of Alternative Low Volume Road Seals (ALVRS). Key duties involve overseeing consulting firms and contractors, reviewing invoices, monitoring construction quality and progress, and ensuring compliance with project designs and terms.
