Paul Ugalde is an accomplished development professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Development Manager at Shelburne Museum since March 2018, Paul oversees the daily operations of a seven-person development team dedicated to preserving and interpreting a significant collection of Americana and fine art. From 2006 to the present, Paul has been the Director of Development at Population Media Center, focusing on producing serial dramas that address critical societal issues in developing nations, particularly in Africa. Previous roles include Director of Major Gifts at VT Public Television, where support was garnered for notable PBS programs, and Director of Development at Burlington City Arts. Earlier in the career, Paul held a Director of Development position at Northwestern Medical Center. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Vermont, having also attended Tulane University.
