Previously, Tamara held the position of Director of Finance at the Montgomery Housing Authority from June 2014 to November 2018, focusing on financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Tamara's career at HealthSouth spanned from 1998 to 2013, progressing through various roles including Director of Inpatient Accounting, where responsibilities included SEC financial reporting, and Accounting Manager, overseeing the financial close for over 100 rehabilitation hospitals.
