Heidi Hafes is an experienced professional with a strong background in gender inclusion and market development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions for Women and Marginalised Groups at Shell Foundation, Heidi has successfully established a gender-inclusion programme that positioned the organization as a leader in the access to energy sector and secured significant funding to create job opportunities for women in India. Prior roles include Business & Marketing Manager and Chief Operating Officer at CSP Today & PV Insider, where Heidi managed project development and marketing strategies for the solar industry, as well as event logistics and marketing at the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Earlier experiences include a Marketing Internship at Verican and paralegal work at Hawkins Solicitors. Heidi holds a Law degree from the University of Kent and has further education from London Business School.
