Dawn Baratta-Bayer

Dawn Baratta-Bayer, MBA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in managerial accounting and finance. Currently serving as Controller at Shell Point Retirement Community since April 2022, Dawn oversees accounting functions, including supervision of accounts payable, receivable, and financial statement preparation. Previously, Dawn held the position of Director of Finance at Gulf Coast Village from April 2016 to April 2022, and Finance Manager at Elant Inc from June 2006 to April 2016, where responsibilities included cash flow management and compliance filings. Additional roles include Accounting Supervisor at Catholic Health Care System and Intermediate Accountant at Nexans Energy USA, as well as Accounting Manager at DeGraw Construction. Dawn earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY New Paltz.
