Christopher Rice

Christopher Rice serves as the Executive Vice President of Tax and Corporate Structure at Shell since August 2021, after a tenure as Vice President of Tax for Global Upstream/Projects & Technology. Previously, Christopher held the position of Vice President of Tax for the Americas at Shell Oil Company from January 2017. During a robust career at Shell International Limited from August 2008 to January 2016, Christopher served as Vice President of Tax for Downstream, U.S. Tax Manager, and Regional Tax Manager for Latin America. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida's Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.
