Kristin Andrichik is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as Economics Manager for Deepwater at Shell since 2010, Kristin leads teams of economists focused on investment opportunities in the Gulf of Mexico. Previous roles at Shell include Team Lead for Enhanced Oil Recovery Projects and Decision Analysis Services, where Kristin facilitated the establishment of an internal consulting team. Prior to joining Shell in 1998, Kristin worked at Exxon as a Reservoir Engineer. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Tulane University.
