Leeann Escobar

LeeAnn Escobar is a Senior Materials and Corrosion Engineer with Shell, possessing extensive experience in materials integrity and corrosion control since January 2003. Key responsibilities include leading the Gulf of Mexico In-Line Inspection Program, managing chemical treatments for subsea and topsides systems, and executing risk-based inspection initiatives. Additionally, LeeAnn has held various engineering roles, including Senior Chemical Engineer and Offshore Chemical Engineer, contributing to production chemistry and reliability engineering. LeeAnn is also an active member of the Society of Women Engineers, holding multiple leadership positions and serving as a life member since 1998. LeeAnn earned a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
