Leticia Watts

Leticia Watts is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Americas Technology Finance Manager at Shell since December 2008, Leticia oversees the financial robustness of the Americas Technology portfolio and holds board member positions within various Shell Catalysts & Technologies Legal Entities. Previous roles at Shell include Marketing Finance Manager and Supply Chain Finance Manager, where Leticia demonstrated strong leadership in financial planning and analysis. Prior to Shell, Leticia worked at LyondellBasell, leading the Global Capital Administration Process and refining financial practices across various operations. Leticia began a career in finance at ExxonMobil as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Finance. Leticia holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
