Rob Jansen

Rob Jansen is an accomplished Project Director with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving at Shell since December 2013. As the Acorn Technical Developer, Rob is responsible for the full technical delivery of projects related to Transport and Storage valued at approximately $1.3 billion. Previously, Rob held the position of Head of Decommissioning Projects for the UK and India, successfully delivering a spectrum of decommissioning scopes with an initial portfolio budget exceeding $1 billion. Prior roles include Facilities Project Delivery Lead overseeing various projects with annual expenditures around £120 million and a series of engineering and project management positions at Shell and NAM BV with diverse responsibilities across multiple global locations. Rob holds a degree in Werktuigbouwkunde from Delft University of Technology and completed secondary education at St. Stanislas College.
