Glenn D. Carver

Glenn D. Carver currently serves as the Executive Director/CEO of Shelter House Inc., a role initiated in January 2024, focusing on supporting victims and survivors of domestic violence. In addition, Glenn operates Burden Bearing Consulting and Coaching LLC as a professional leadership consultant, encouragement speaker, and transformation coach, specializing in developing managerial expertise into leadership skills since June 2015. Previous roles include founding One More Child and serving as a Foster Care Recruiter, as well as being a Family Champion Trainer and Coach with Victorious Family. Glenn has also held the position of Director of Operations at Wings of Shelter Int'l, Inc., aimed at combating child sex trafficking. Earlier experience includes work as a Business and Accountability Coach at FortuneBuilders and self-employed as an Independent Family Service Counselor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary, along with studies at New Brunswick Bible Institute and Pensacola Christian College.
