Kim Dillon has extensive experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as the Nutrition Services Manager at Sheltering Arms Institute since June 2020. Prior to this role, Kim worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Center from September 2009 to June 2020. Kim Dillon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics from Radford University, obtained between 1991 and 1995, and completed a Dietetic Internship at MCV.
