Madeline Runyen, CSRS, serves as the OT Clinical Leader at Sheltering Arms Institute since September 2021. Prior experience includes a Neurologic Occupational Therapy Fellowship at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and various roles as an Occupational Therapist at Symbria, Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, and KenCrest. Runyen gained substantial clinical experience during academic training at Thomas Jefferson University, where participation in a leadership program and involvement in health initiatives were noteworthy. Runyen completed a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Contributions as a research assistant and fieldwork experiences demonstrate a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a commitment to promoting health outcomes in diverse populations.
