Rob Haddad

Rob joined the team as a Senior Associate in Security, transitioned to the Integrated Communications Technology Manager, and now serves as SM&W’s Chief Operating Officer. As the COO, Rob oversees all of SM&W’s major design-related policies and procedures and manages quality assurance across the firm’s projects. In addition, Rob manages overall business strategies, daily operations, and growth goals for SM&W. Rob’s background specialize in global-scale and international projects, where his acute eye for detail and process management aid in projects of this nature. He has worked on design engagements worldwide and enjoys solving the unique complexities that arise in large-scale and multinational design projects.
