Danielle Hatch

Danielle Hatch, SHRM-SCP, currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative, having previously served as Director and Manager of Human Resources, as well as Executive Assistant. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Danielle has been instrumental in fostering workplace innovation and compliance training. Prior roles include Director of Innovation & Technology at Export Compliance Training Institute, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the e-Learning division and creating export compliance programs. Earlier career experiences encompass office management at John Black & Associates, overseeing export licensing, and serving as Regional Manager at Yum! Brands, where management of store quality and staffing was key. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from James Madison University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Lord Fairfax Community College.
