Thomas Handley

Thomas Handley serves as the Director of Finance & Accounting at Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative since July 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas Handley was the Director of Regulatory & Governmental Affairs at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative from February 2012 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, Thomas Handley worked as a Principal Public Utilities Accountant at the Virginia State Corporation Commission from September 2002 to February 2012. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Finance and Financial Management Services from the National Rural Electric Association of Electric Cooperatives in 2019 and a Master's degree in Accounting from Liberty University, completed in 2011.
