Amy Levine has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Amy is currently a Senior Vice President and Director of ESG at Shenkman Capital Management, where they have been working since 2002. Amy started as a Senior Credit Analyst covering high yield bonds, loans, and CLO investments and later became the Assistant Director of Research and then the co-head of the high yield Research group. In 2016, they took on the role of co-head of the Strategy, Attribution, and Risk group and became the ESG leader. In 2019, they were promoted to their current role as Senior Vice President and Director of ESG. Prior to that, Amy worked at Salomon Smith Barney as a Director from 1998 to 2002 and at Swiss Bank Corp as an Associate Director from 1995 to 1998. Amy began their career as an Analyst at Kwasha Lipton from 1988 to 1991.
Amy Levine completed their MBA in Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania. In September 2002, they obtained a certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), although the institution granting the certification is unspecified.
