Justin Yohn

Justin Yohn has been in the professional world since 1998. Justin began their career at Gurtler Industries as an R&D and Tech Service Chemist. In 2005, they joined Nalco Champion, an Ecolab company, as an Engineer. During their time there, they were the Plant liaison with corporate R&D, product marketing, and corporate engineering. Justin also led the implementation and tracking of all experimental product trials, assisted production in the start-up of new or modified units or processes, and led assigned SPC teams. In 2015, they joined Shepard Bros., Inc. as the Director of Product Management. In this role, they coordinated activities of the QC, R&D and technical service groups to meet company objectives, fostered an atmosphere that allowed creative development of products to meet customer needs, and improved existing formulations to reduce manufacturing complexity and cost without sacrificing performance. Justin also served as the Quality Manager - Production Engineer, where they designed quality programs to reduce indirect hours needed for QC personnel, created and analyzed statistical data to reduce batch variances, and fostered a productive, cooperative work environment to improve cross-departmental communication.

Justin Yohn received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from PennWest Edinboro in 1998, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from PennWest Edinboro in 1998.
