Sarah Aivaz has extensive experience in leadership roles that focus on technology strategy, digital transformation services, and process improvements. Sarah has held positions at Shepard, Freeman Company, and Global Experience Specialists (GES). At Shepard, they served as the Senior Vice President of Business Solutions, where they developed and led the company's technology strategy and digital transformation services. At Freeman Company, they held multiple roles, including Director of Business Solutions, where they led a team to ensure solutions aligned with the company's business goals and developed comprehensive roadmaps. Sarah also served as a Senior Solutions Advisor, overseeing cross-functional transformation projects and leading a continuous improvement team. Prior to that, they held roles as Process Segment Senior Manager and Senior Client Solutions Manager. At GES, they worked as an Account Manager, executing client requests and managing operational teams. Throughout their career, Sarah Aivaz has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to build relationships, and a focus on delivering successful implementations and solutions.
Sarah Aivaz, CEM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2004. In 2015, they obtained the certification of Certified in Exhibition Management™ (CEM) from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events.
