Timothy Winters

Timothy Winters is an Executive Pastor at Shepherd Church, a position held since February 1992, overseeing a congregation of approximately 10,000 and a staff of around 150. Prior experience includes working as a Systems Analyst at McDonnell Douglas Corporation from January 1987 to February 1989 and at Electronic Data Systems from August 1985 to January 1987. Timothy Winters earned a Master of Arts in Ministry from Hope International University between 1994 and 1998, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University, where studies were completed from 1981 to 1985.
