Deanna Crank

Deanna Crank has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Deanna began their career as a Commercial Lines Account Executive at Norman-Spencer Agency, Inc. in July 2010 and remained in this role until July 2013. Deanna then moved to Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC - Midwest Region, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive from July 2013 to December 2018. Currently, Deanna is an Employee Benefits Account Manager at Shepherd Insurance since February 2019. In this role, they are responsible for marketing and quoting new and renewal business for various insurance products including Medicare Part D/Supplements, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life. Deanna also handles the generation of proposals, applications, forms, enrollment booklets, census reports, COBRA notices, member enrollments/terminations, and facilitates member portal registration and group implementation.
