Derek Rogers has a diverse work experience. Derek started their career as an Intern at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance in 2011. In 2012, they joined Shepherd Insurance & Financial Services as a Sales Executive at Pence, Brooks, & Shepherd. At Shepherd Insurance, Derek worked with various insurance carriers to meet clients' needs. Additionally, in 2008, Derek founded the Cougar Shootout 3 on 3 basketball tournament, which raises funds for the Boys and Girls Club of Hancock County.
