Jill Heilmann is a seasoned insurance professional with a robust background in claims management and commercial account management. Currently serving as a Commercial Account Manager at Shepherd Insurance since October 2021, Jill previously held the position of Claims Manager at M.J. Schuetz Insurance Services, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, Jill worked at McGowan Insurance Group, Inc. for over two decades, advancing to the role of Assistant Vice President, Claims from June 1993 to April 2015.
