Kim McCarson

Kim McCarson has a significant amount of experience in the insurance industry. Kim started their career at Benefit Consultants, Inc. in 1988 as an Account Executive, where they worked until 1997. Kim then joined AscendUSA as a Senior Consultant in 1997 and held this position until 2012. In 2013, they joined Shepherd Insurance as a Senior Account Manager and Employee Benefit Consultant, where they are currently employed.

Kim McCarson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance and Business Administration from Transylvania University, where they studied from 1967 to 1973. Kim later pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Kentucky State University, attending from 1976 to 1978.
