Dan Sidders

Dan Sidders is an experienced operations and retail development manager at Shepherd Neame Ltd, a position held since July 2016. In addition to this role, Dan serves as a Member Nominated Trustee for Shepherd Neame (Trustees) Limited, contributing to the administration and transition of the company pension scheme into a Master Trust, with the transfer completed in March 2023. Previously, Dan was the Director and Company Secretary at UES Ltd from October 2008 to July 2016, overseeing finance, business strategy, site identification, and daily operations for a group of six pubs and restaurants in Kent. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Surrey, earned between 2004 and 2008.
