Indira Ghale

Indira Ghale, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the HR Payroll and Systems Lead at Shepherds Bush Housing Association since July 2018, having previously held the role of HR Payroll Co-ordinator. Prior experience includes a position as Payroll Administrator at JOHNSON SMITH & CO LIMITED, where responsibilities involved generating and maintaining monthly payroll and issuing salaries. Earlier, Indira worked as a Kitchen Team Leader at Wasabi Sushi & Bento, overseeing kitchen staff and providing training. Indira holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution (2012-2015).
