Lois R. Durant

Lois R. Durant has worked as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Management Strategy at the same company from April 2018 to October 2021. Lois R. is currently an Advisory Board Member at Pollyanna_DEI since July 2021. Lois R. also worked at White & Case LLP as the Americas People Advisory - Litigation Practice Leader from December 2016 to February 2018. Before that, they served as the Firm-wide Manager of Professional Development & Retention at Kaye Scholer LLP from September 2011 to December 2016.

Lois R. Durant completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Fordham University in 2011, with a major in English and minors in History and Theology. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Lois attended Brooklyn Technical High School, where they pursued an Architecture Major and obtained a Regents Diploma.
