Heidi Kendall

Heidi Kendall, MPA, CPRP, is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sheppard Pratt since August 2021. Previously, Heidi was the Division Director of Adult Rehabilitation Services at Mosaic Community Services from August 2012 to January 2022, where notable achievements included the development of strategic plans for multiple programs, a 20% reduction in turnover within the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, and an annual savings of over $10,000 through service integration during mergers. Additionally, Heidi's roles included Program Director of Day Services and Program Coordinator, demonstrating a strong background in program management, staff development, and grant acquisition. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Public Administration and Health Policy from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
