Katie Gilligan

Katie Gilligan has extensive experience in integrated care and behavioral health, currently serving as the Division Director for Integrated Care at Sheppard Pratt since January 2006. In this role, Katie leads the project for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic expansion grant and oversees a Care Coordination program. Previous positions at Sheppard Pratt include Division Director of Integrated Care Services and Program Director of Day Services, where Katie designed a Behavioral Health Home model and managed psychiatric rehabilitation programs. Earlier roles at ACTS, Inc. and Dulaney Station included providing crisis intervention and case management for individuals facing various challenges. Katie holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Anthropology from Towson University.
