James Hermann

James Hermann has a long history of work experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in the banquet and event operations field. James started their career as a Director of Banquets at Hilton Minneapolis & Towers in 1992 and worked there until 1998. After that, they joined Minneapolis Hilton as the Director of Banquets from 1991 to 1999. In 1999, they served as the Director of Banquets at Ritz Carlton Phoenix for a year. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Adam's Mark Jacksonville. James then held the position of Director of Banquets at Millwaukee Hilton from 2002 to 2003, followed by a role as Director of Banquets at Hilton Austin from 2003 to 2007. James then joined Arizona Grand Resort as the Director of Banquets from 2007 to 2008. In the same year, they worked at both Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and Sheraton Grand Phoenix as the Director of Event Operations. James has been strongly involved in the opening and managing of large convention hotels and has extensive experience in the banquet and event operations field.
