Ignacio Montoro Ruiz

Ignacio Montoro Ruiz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and business sectors. Since March 2001, Ignacio has held the position of Director General and Co-founder Director de Operaciones at SHERCO. Additionally, Ignacio serves as a collaborator and professor in the Master's program in Hotel, Tourism, and Restaurant Management at Esden Business School since April 2019, and previously contributed to the Master's program in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Ostelea from October 2016 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, Ignacio worked as a Project Coordinator at Adecco Group and as a Maître at HUSA. Ignacio holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, completed in 2014.
