Briana McCarthy

Briana McCarthy is an accomplished legal professional with a robust background in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Sherin and Lodgen LLP since May 2017, Briana has also held positions as a Law Clerk, Real Estate Paralegal, and Legal Assistant at the same firm. Prior to this, Briana worked as a Victim Witness Advocate for the City of Rochester, New Hampshire from June 2016 to May 2017, and completed an internship at the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office in 2013, gaining valuable experience in victim advocacy. Briana earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Suffolk University Law School in May 2022 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire, awarded in 2016.
