Jane Errico

Jane Errico is a seasoned Real Estate Attorney at Sherin and Lodgen LLP, where a professional focus includes representing a national supermarket chain in launching a new grocery prototype, engaging in retail tenant leasing transactions, and assisting developers with mixed-use projects across New England and Washington DC. Additional expertise encompasses negotiating leasing agreements for shopping centers, office parks, and medical facilities, as well as managing landlord/tenant disputes. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Kaitz + Associates.
