Jomar Carlo Orlanda

Jomar Carlo Orlanda is an experienced medical laboratory technician and co-founder of Ilocos Clinical Laboratories, Inc., with an extensive career in clinical laboratory science and operations management. Current involvement as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Sherman Abrams Labs began in February 2022, while co-founding Ilocos Clinical Laboratories, Inc. started in June 2012. Previous roles include Medical Laboratory Technologist at Hi-Precision Diagnostics (January 2020 - November 2020) and Medical Laboratory Technician at New York Arthritis Clinic (April 2018 - September 2019). Jomar has also held operational management positions at Northeast Car Care Centre from May 2010 to January 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Santo Tomas (2003 - 2007).
