Sal Prifitera

Sal Prifitera possesses extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostic laboratory sectors, currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Sherman Abrams Labs since March 2022. Previously, Sal held various leadership roles, including Vice President at LabCorp from September 2019 to February 2021 and a Vice President position at Quest Diagnostics from December 2005 to December 2018. Additionally, Sal served as Senior Vice President at Shiel Medical Laboratory, which was later acquired by Quest, from May 2005 to December 2017. Earlier career highlights include Vice President and CIO at Enzo Clinical Labs from 2002 to January 2005, as well as a long tenure as National Training Manager at Quest Diagnostics from June 1989 to January 2002.
