Rene Salvans

Rene Salvans currently serves as the Vice President of Procurement, Travel, and Fleet Management at Shermco Industries since October 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at CBRE from January 2015 to October 2022, advancing from Senior Director Indirect Global Strategic Sourcing to Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing. Rene also held various positions at Rent-A-Center between March 2010 and January 2015, and at IBM from August 2005 to March 2010, including Category Manager and Global Procurement Services Buyer. Prior to corporate roles, Rene was a Supply Chain and Operations Lead for a third-party logistics company from March 2005 to July 2008. Academic credentials include an International Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac, and another Bachelor of Business Administration from the International Institute in Geneva.
