Rupesh Pokharel

Rupesh Pokharel began their work experience as an Administrative Assistant II at North Lake College in January 2017. Rupesh also served as a Peer Tutor at the college from August 2017 to May 2018. In 2018, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University from September to December. The following year, in 2019, they interned as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Hunt Refining Company from June to August. In 2020, they worked as a Student Worker at the High Voltage Laboratory from August to December. Currently, Rupesh is employed at Shermco Industries, where they started as an Electrical Engineer in June 2021, and advanced to the role of Lead Engineer in October 2022.

Rupesh Pokharel obtained an Associate's degree in Science from Dallas College North Lake Campus, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians at Mississippi State University from 2018 to 2020. In 2017, they also received a certification called the "Five Star Competitive Edge" from Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society International.
