Wim Burgman

Wim Burgman is an experienced HR Adviseur currently working at Sherpa since February 2019. With a strong background in human resources, Wim previously held a position as HR Adviseur at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from August 2008 to December 2018, where responsibilities included advising, supporting, and implementing HR policies while guiding cultural and organizational changes. Additionally, Wim served as a Docent HRM, teaching and training both full-time and part-time students in various HR disciplines. Earlier career experience includes the role of Personeelsadviseur at Postkantoren BV from 2001 to 2008. Wim holds a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
