Nicole Carr Webb

Nicole Carr Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Since February 2020, Nicole has served as the Human Resources Manager and Manager of Operations at Tulsa Area United Way, while also fulfilling the role of Executive Administrative Assistant to the President & CEO. Prior to this, from May 2009 to January 2020, Nicole worked at Whole Foods Market, starting as a Floral Design Specialist and advancing to the position of Floral Manager, where responsibilities included team management, finances, and customer relations. Nicole holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and completed studies at Tulsa Community College from 2008 to 2012.
