Tom Hilts

Tom Hilts is the VP of Business Development at Sherpa Design. Tom has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing management. Prior to joining Sherpa Design, they were the Sales and Marketing Manager at Evergreen Technical Services, Inc. from January 1998 to December 2003. From 1995 to 1997, they were a Technical Recruiter at Stat Tech Services, Inc.

Tom Hilts has a degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.

Tom Hilts reports to Patrick Barrett, Owner. They are on a team with Samuel Backes - Lead Industrial Designer, Racheal Gaffney - Administrative Director, and Kevin Hlas - Services Delivery Manager.
