Metabolomics

Metabolomics is currently a biochemist at Sherpa, but they have also worked as a senior field bioinformatics specialist at DNAnexus and Thermo Fisher Scientific. They have a wide range of experience in developing robust validation methodologies and building informatics pipelines. They have also created and delivered advanced training materials for the analysis of whole genome copy number and somatic mutation data. In addition, they have assessed the platform within the wider context of the national health system as a routine diagnostic.

Metabolomics reports to Joe Foster, COO. Metabolomics works with Tom McKay - CPO, Genetics - Scientist / Bioinformatician, and Michal Konstaky - CMO.
