As President and Owner of Usie Consulting Services, LLC, Clay specializes in business and leadership consulting. Previous roles include Senior Director of Technical Services at Augustine Consulting, Chief Operating Officer of the Joint Communications Unit, and various leadership positions within the 75th Ranger Regiment.
