Paul Bowman Root IV

Paul Bowman Root IV is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax law and litigation. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. since September 2016, Paul previously held the position of Counsel at the Office of Chief Counsel, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue from June 2014 to September 2016. Prior to that, Paul was an Associate at Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett, P.C. from November 2010 to April 2014, and completed a legal internship at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General from May 2008 to May 2009. Paul holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Washington and Lee University.
