Nikhil Bhandari

Nikhil Bhandari is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the field of technology and analytics. Currently serving as the Lead Architect of HR and ICM Analytics at Sherwin Williams since February 2014, Nikhil plays a pivotal role in implementing enterprise-level business analytics for HRMS and Incentive Compensation, enhancing reporting capabilities, and enabling users to generate reports independently. Prior to this, Nikhil held the position of Senior Incentive Compensation Developer at Sherwin Williams, where responsibility included designing and automating compensation plans for a diverse workforce using IBM Cognos (Varicent). Previous experience at Accenture as a Software Engineering Associate Manager involved effectively transitioning clients from outdated incentive systems to modern modules, improving sales operations and aligning business objectives. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nagpur University.
