Stefan C. Wieditz is an experienced professional in the coatings and color formulation industry, holding various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Sherwin-Williams, Stefan serves as R&D Director for both Color Strategic Initiatives and Color Formulation Technology, as well as Director of Marketing for Global Color. Previously, at Akzo Nobel Coatings, Stefan held titles including Director of RD&I for Colorants and Automotive Technology, along with Technical Director for Car Refinishes in North America. Earlier career experience includes key account management and business development roles at BASF Coatings AG and a senior management position in the Technical Division at Nippon R-M. Stefan's educational background includes a Diplom-Chemiker in Organic Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Organic Electrochemistry from the University of Münster.
