Zoe Condliffe

Dr. Zoë Condliffe is a prominent consultant and social entrepreneur dedicated to driving social impact and advocating for gender equality. Currently serving as a consultant at Raise The Crowd Studio since July 2023, Dr. Condliffe specializes in empowering non-profits and social enterprises through business development, grant writing, and theory of change modeling. As the founder and CEO of She’s A Crowd, Dr. Condliffe leads the world's largest geospatial database on gender-based violence, facilitating insights for decision-makers across various sectors. With a rich background that includes roles as a public speaker, researcher at Monash XYX Lab, and youth advocacy advisor at Plan International Australia, Dr. Condliffe has consistently championed initiatives that enhance community engagement and promote safer urban spaces. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Gender and Place from Monash University, a Master’s in Arts and Community Practice from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor’s in Arts and Social Sciences from Monash University.
