Priscilla Minas

Priscilla Minas is a seasoned executive search consultant and founding member of SheSaaS, an exclusive female leadership network launched in July 2023 focused on empowering women in the private equity-backed software sector. Since January 2017, Priscilla has served as a Director at Capital Futures, where expertise lies in appointing C-level executives for technology-related portfolio companies. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Search Consultant for Finatal Ltd, specializing in private equity-backed businesses, and a role with BBC Television as a Camera Assistant and Production Coordinator on the show Dragon's Den from 2008 to 2013. Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Oxford Brookes University and has participated in exchange programs at Mahidol University and the University of Technology Sydney.
