Customer Relationship Management Team Lead at Shezlong

Salah Shaheen is currently the Customer Relationship Management Team Lead at Shezlong since May 2023. Prior to this, Salah worked as a Call Center Team Leader at Alfa Medical Group from September 2021 to April 2023. Salah also has experience as a Team Lead Manager and Customer Service Representative at Raya CX from February 2016 to September 2021. Salah attended Helwan University Cairo and obtained a Bachelor of Foreign Trade degree in September 2013.
